A: Once you register for a free account, you can use the debtor ID number contained in the email to search our database and see any negative reports against that customer.

Q: Is there a charge for any of this?

A: No, we do not charge business users like yourself for reporting to or searching our database. Credit alerts are free as well.

Q: Will my customer and others know I reported them?

A: We take your privacy seriously. We do not disclose the name of the creditor that reports a debtor to others searching the database. However, you can let your customer they have been reported if you wish.

Q: Can I update a report when my customer pays?

A: Absolutely, we want the reports to be accurate. We encourage you to update a report as “satisfied” once it has been resolved.

Q: What if I still need more help collecting an invoice?

A: We can help you find a professional commercial (B2B) debt collector or attorney that will take your case on contingency. They only get paid when you have been paid.
